It’s the lazy days of summer! I have returned from beautiful Maine where I have enjoyed nature, fun, friends and family time. Taking time off offers a reset. It felt important to slow everything down and step outside my regular structure and routine. And now, I am back to work. I smile when I think of the word work because teaching and helping people doesn’t really feel like work to me. It doesfeel like guiding, sharing and being present with amazing human beings who are interested in health and healing. I feel incredibly fortunate to have the great privilege to do what I love.
